I partner with TimberHP, a U.S. manufacturer of renewable, carbon‑negative wood fiber insulation, to grow awareness and adoption of their products. Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams, I translate complex building‑science and sustainability benefits into clear, accessible marketing that supports code‑compliant design, drives qualified leads, and strengthens TimberHP’s role in the emerging North American wood fiber insulation market.

Social media and media buying

For TimberHP’s social channels, I develop and manage an always‑on content and campaign calendar that highlights product performance, install best practices, climate benefits, and project case studies tailored to architects, builders, and energy‑conscious homeowners.

I plan and optimize paid media—primarily on LinkedIn, Meta, and trade platforms—to reach specifiers and contractors in key climate zones, using audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance reporting to continuously improve cost‑per‑lead and engagement. Working alongside internal and agency partners, I align organic and paid efforts with major launches, events, and code changes.

Content creation and video editing

I create long‑ and short‑form content that turns TimberHP’s technical advantages—like vapor‑open assemblies, carbon‑negative manufacturing, and industry‑leading acoustic performance—into compelling narratives for both expert and non‑expert audiences. This includes scripting, producing, and editing educational videos, product explainers, install walk‑throughs, and social‑first clips that spotlight TimberBoard, TimberBatt, and TimberFill in real‑world applications. I adapt content across formats (articles, one‑pagers, carousels, reels, and motion graphics), maintaining brand consistency while tailoring the depth and framing to the needs of distributors, builders, and design professionals.

Email marketing, Salesforce, and MCAE

I design and execute email marketing programs that nurture TimberHP’s prospects from first touch through specification and purchase, using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) to orchestrate data‑driven journeys. My work includes building segmented lists, mapping lifecycle‑based workflows, creating messaging for architects, builders, and distributors, and setting up scoring and automation rules that route qualified leads to the sales team. By integrating TimberHP’s web forms, events, and media campaigns into Salesforce and MCAE, I ensure that campaign performance is trackable end‑to‑end and that insights from engagement, pipeline, and revenue reporting inform future creative, targeting, and content priorities.
